| Dear Dr. Dunn: I can't express how grateful I am to you and your staff at SBD. You, Nancy, Shelley, Erika, Anita and Cheryl have been a blessing to me. The staff is so pleasant and great to be around. You have no idea how much I appreciate the relationship you and your people have fostered with me. Every dentist prior to your practice has been like a processing plant. Get them in and out without ever really taking time to get to know the patient or even know me by name without looking at a chart. When I sat down with you over a year ago for my initial exam, you told me that most patients look forward to their visit. I was hesitant when I heard that...thinking "what is this woman smokin'.............look forward to seeing the dentist? Yeh OKAY!" You were 100% correct. There wasn't one visit I didn't looks forward to....well after the first :-). I will miss coming in so frequently but I am also glad this journey came to a close. Bitter sweet! One of the measures of any successful business is the ability to retain customers. I promise you have a customer as long as you will have me. The best compliment to a business is when your customers recommend you to their closest friends or family members. I will certainly continue recommending your practice. I think everyone should have the same wonderful experience when they visit the dentist. With gratitude and much respect. Jeff |

(I have been searching ever since my dentist retired several years ago.) It means a LOT in this day and age of people putting money above all else.
